VMC saves appointments each day for our patients who need to see a physician or nurse practitioner for an acute care issue. If your provider is not in the office, we will schedule you with another practitioner. Saturday morning appointments are available for acute issues.
Please remember to call and make an appointment for your bloodwork. This gives the lab time to confirm that you have lab orders and to make sure we are providing you the best service. The Lab is also open in the evenings, if not fasting, and on Saturday mornings for your convenience.
Valley Medical Care continues to have an answering service that is available after hours for emergency questions.
If you need to be admitted to the hospital, a VMC physician will follow you throughout your stay.
You may have noticed that before your appointment, you are getting a text confirmation request. It takes just a one-letter reply of “C” to confirm your appointment. This will automatically update your appointment in your provider’s schedule.
Please contact the office for same day cancellations.
If you need to update your contact information please call us.
